The official Roblox description advertises 10 endings. The current badge catalog contains named Story outcomes that match a recent ten-ending walkthrough, while two newer Jerry-care badges have caused some videos to use a larger number. Until the live ending menu or the developer changes the official count, treat ten as the published answer and treat Good Dog or Left Hungry as badges—not automatically as two additional endings.

Spoiler warning and confidence: badge names and descriptions are Official. Detailed routes below are Community reported from a current October 2026 walkthrough and should be compared with the objective text in your server.

Named ending checklist

Off the Edge

Official outcome: you walked off the end of Bob's world. The current route uses the radio branch and a daylight sprint to the world boundary.

Open route

Pulled Out

Official outcome: you got out through the light. The current route prepares redrock dust and flint and steel, contacts Klim, and activates four beacons.

Open route

Sent Back

Official outcome: Bob's dog can rest now. The current route reuses the opened arch but lures Jerry through rather than escaping alone.

Open route

Put Down

Official outcome: Jerry is buried next to Bob. The current route reaches the day-five choice, defeats Jerry's transformed form, and completes the burial.

Open route

The official badge list also names The Stray, Bad Owner, Laid to Rest, Left Behind, The Last Gift, and Morning. They remain part of the checklist. The four routes linked above have enough current, reproducible steps for a detailed walkthrough; the shorter official descriptions for the other outcomes are not expanded with guessed requirements.

Prepare a clean ending attempt

Choose one outcome before the run becomes branch-sensitive. Keep the objective panel visible, note the day and time, and protect materials named by the live task. A group should nominate the player who carries key items and the player who confirms a branch prompt. Two people selecting different choices can make a successful route look broken.

For the light or arch routes, the current walkthrough shows redrock dust, an iron pickaxe requirement for deep redrock ore, and flint and steel. It also shows a radio in Bob’s tower, a red X on the map, the old spawn, and four beacon towers. Those steps are Community reported; follow the live spelling and quantities when they differ from an older video.

For the Bob/Jerry choice route, the walkthrough shows an objective to drag Bob to the hollow, release him with Right Click, bury him under stone, and then choose between burying Bob and putting Jerry down. The exact prompt should be visible before you commit. Do not attack or bury a character merely because a guide says the ending name.

Watch the current route before committing

Community walkthrough checked October 25, 2026. Useful chapters: Put Down at 1:58, Off the Edge at 5:07, Pulled Out at 6:44, and Sent Back at 15:43. Use it to recognize the objective and landmarks, then follow the live server text.

Watching the relevant chapter before playing is more useful than scrubbing while an objective is timed. Pause on the objective panel, compare it with your server, and note which item or destination is required next. The video demonstrates one successful build; it does not turn every map position or timing into a permanent official rule.

How the four detailed routes differ

Put Down is the direct Jerry confrontation. The demonstrated route reaches the day-five objective, completes Bob’s hollow and burial step, chooses to put Jerry down, fights his transformed form, and buries him beside Bob. It is the only detailed route here centered on defeating Jerry rather than reaching the world edge or light.

Off the Edge is a travel and timing ending. The walkthrough uses the radio-related branch and starts the boundary run early in the day so the player reaches the end of Bob’s world before dark. The badge confirms the final action—walking off the end—but not the whole setup.

Pulled Out is the player escape. The demonstrated route obtains redrock material and flint and steel, uses Bob’s tower radio to contact Klim, travels to the marked portal area and old spawn, lights coal on four beacon towers, and enters the light. The official badge confirms only that the player got out through the light.

Sent Back uses the same escape infrastructure for a different subject. After the four beacons open the arch, the walkthrough lures Jerry through it. That matches the official wording about Bob’s dog resting and keeps it distinct from Pulled Out, where the player uses the light.

Troubleshoot a branch that does not appear

First compare mode and objective. These are Story outcomes; Survival is explicitly the same world without the story. Next compare the state of Bob, Jerry, the radio, and the current day. An item in your inventory does not prove that the prerequisite objective was completed.

If the radio or beacon step does not react, verify the live material name and active item. The walkthrough objective calls for 12 redrock dust at Bob’s tower and says the ore is deep down and needs an iron pickaxe. Later steps use flint and steel on coal at the top of each tower. A similarly colored block or an unlit tower can leave the route incomplete.

If a group reaches the final choice, stop movement and agree on the target ending. For Sent Back, keep Jerry following the intended player before the arch opens. For Pulled Out, do not let the Jerry-lure plan replace the player’s own route into the light. Preserve a screenshot of any changed objective so an update can be distinguished from an input mistake.

Count badges and endings separately

The official API currently exposes 20 badges, but a badge count is not an ending count. Welcome to the Woods, Good Boy, Still Breathing, Sweet Dreams, Diamonds!, Treat Time, Night Shift, Seven Days, Good Dog, and Left Hungry serve discovery, care, Survival, or progression purposes and should not be added to the ten advertised endings without a live ending-menu match.

The ten outcome names shown in the current walkthrough are The Stray, Bad Owner, Put Down, Laid to Rest, Off the Edge, Pulled Out, Left Behind, The Last Gift, Morning, and Sent Back. If the developer changes the menu, the menu and updated official description should control the new answer—not a thumbnail title alone.

Quick answers

How many endings are in Something is Wrong With My Dog?

The official experience description says ten as of October 25, 2026. New badges make a live menu check worthwhile, but they do not independently change that published number.

Which ending should I try first?

Use the one whose prerequisites you already understand. Put Down focuses on the Bob/Jerry choice and fight; Off the Edge tests route timing; Pulled Out and Sent Back require the longer radio, portal, and beacon setup.

Do badges prove every trigger?

No. Official badge descriptions prove the outcome name and a short result. The detailed actions come from a current community walkthrough and remain update-sensitive.
